Product Returns & Eligibility Criteria
- You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return an item purchased from MENHILLS. To be eligible for a successful product return, your item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging with all original clothing tags securely attached.
Refund Process & Original Payment Method
- Once we receive your returned package at our facility, our team will inspect the items and send you a notification confirming receipt.
- We will immediately notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund after our standard inspection process.
- If your return is fully approved, we will initiate an immediate refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the store credit or banking refund within a certain number of days, depending entirely on your credit card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning any items. Please note that original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
- If you qualify for a refund, the exact cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, such as India Post Tracking or your local courier service, for peace of mind and proof of delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product from our shop, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us Page or email us directly with clear photo evidence of the damage.
- Once verified, we will arrange a swift replacement or full refund at absolutely no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
- Only regular-priced fashion items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased during special clearance events, final sales, or using specific promotional discount codes cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Product Exchanges
- We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or if you simply need a different size of the exact same style. If you need to process an exchange, please email our support team directly so we can verify stock availability.
